25.Renewal of Lease-The Lessee shall give written notice to Lessor of his/her
intention to renew the Lease at least three months Before expiry of the lease period. Should the Lessee and Lessor agree upon extending the lease under new and mutually agreed upon terms and conditions, the like will be communicated in writing within Thirty (30) days of receiving the said notice from the Lessee
